Tracey Boutilier
Tracey was born and raised in Nova Scotia and for the last 18 years has called Fort McMurray, Alberta, home.  Tracey’s Waste Management experience extends beyond 23 years and across three provinces. Her expertise with Disaster Debris Management began in 2016 with the Horse River Fire, where she managed the ash and soil contamination monitoring program for REOC and assisted in the disposal of the debris. It extended to the 2020 Clearwater River Flood, where, as a member of the planning department of the ICS, she oversaw the debris management, clean up, and disposal of debris.
 
As a Director with the SWANA Northern Lights Chapter, Tracey is also a member of their faculty, instructing courses in Disaster Debris Management, Landfill Operation Basics, and Transfer Station Operations, along with others.
