We send out classroom access information to registered course participants a few days prior to each class. If you are registered and have not received these details on the day before the training (please check your junk mail / spam folder!), please contact us.
REFUND POLICY: A full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be issued prior to 30 days before a training or conference event. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of such an event for which the participant is registered. Although refunds will not be issued, substitutions can be made within 30 days of an event. Please note that all requests must be made in writing (email format is acceptable) and to the attention of the Executive Director at executivedirector@swananorthernlights.org
