Eldon joined the SWANA Norther Lights Chapter in 2006. He is currently a member of the faculty, teaching the LOB (landfill operating basics) course. Eldon became the Manager of Solid Waste for the City of Steinbach in 2005 and previously, worked for 31 years in the grocery retail industry as a produce buyer and store manager. He graduated from Steinbach Regional Secondary School in 1976 with an Electronics Major. Eldon spends as much time as he can outdoors and enjoys all 4 seasons. Aside from playing hockey for 25 years, he also did wedding photography and was an EMT Level 1 ambulance attendant.
