The course will begin
at 8:00 am Mountain Time (online training room opens at 7:45 am)
and will go until approximately 4:00 pm MT each day.

Please submit your
course registration with plenty of lead time so we can ship the
course manual to you. If you register less than 10 days
before course begin, we will do our best to ship your course
manual out to you as soon as possible, however, please be
aware that it might not arrive in time for the course.
Provincial
LOC Exams (optional addition): please visit our website to
apply for certification in Alberta or Manitoba - a group online exam sittings
(via Zoom) will be scheduled after the course. Only approved
applicants can write the LOC exam. Please make sure to send
us your application form as soon as possible as it
takes some time to be processed. Once you are approved to write,
we will discuss scheduling your exam at the next available exam
sitting.

REFUND
POLICY: A full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be
issued prior to 30 days before a training or conference event.
No refunds will be provided within 30 days of such an event for
which the participant is registered. Although refunds will not
be issued, substitutions can be made within 30 days of an event.
