Registration Details

Please read the information below before registering for this course.

The course will begin at 8:00 am Alberta Time (online training room opens at 7:45 am) and will go until approximately 4:00 pm Alberta Time each day.

This MOLO course will be delivered online. You will require a computer, video camera and internet connection. If you are taking this for CEUs you will be required to be visible via video camera
The first 3 days are intended to be intensive course delivery, the fourth day is reserved for either:
- Delivery of extra materials (if we have not completed the MOLO course).
- Course review and Q & A.
This online offering does not include the MOLO exam (see exam information below).

We are offering this MOLO course for $1350 CAD plus GST ($1200 plus GST for SWANA Members – use coupon code “SWANA-member” and provide us with your individual SWANA membership ID). Payment needs to be received no later than 4 weeks prior to course begin to participate.

Please register with plenty of lead time so we can order your MOLO Course Manual (textbook) and ship it to you. If you register less than 20 business days before course begin, we will do our best to send your course manual to you as soon as possible, however, please be aware that it might not arrive in time for the course.

The MOLO exam is now offered online by SWANA.org (US head office) and can be completed at any time. The exam costs $250 USD for members and $400 USD for non-members (make sure to register for the Canadian MOLO exam). Note that SWANA Northern Lights Chapter cannot register you for the exam and does not administer the exam.

Continuing Education Units
Earn 30 SWANA PDHs and/or 1.8 CEUs towards your Alberta Landfill Operator Certification

Refund Policy: A full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be issued prior to 30 days before a training or conference event. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of such an event for which the participant is registered. Although refunds will not be issued, substitutions can be made within 30 days of an event. Please note that all requests must be made in writing (email format is acceptable) and to the attention of the Executive Director at info@swananorthernlights.org
