Day 2 (optional): May 23, 2025 in Edmonton - split between classroom and field training

This training opportunity is for site operators or consultants with a desire to obtain hands-on training by visiting the LFG collection infrastructure.

The course will begin at 8:30 am and will go until approximately 4:30 pm each day.
Lunch and beverages will be provided.

Cost:
Day 1 only: $425/person plus GST
Day 1 and 2: $625/person plus GST (steel toed boots, hard hats, visible vests and safety goggles are standard PPE for the field portion of the course)

Please park at the parking lot in front of the EWMC Admin building. Enter the admin building through the main entrance and check in on a visitor sheet at the front desk.

Accommodation: Sherwood Park is located within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the EWMC and offers multiple hotel options to choose from.

Continuing Education Units
Earn 7.5 SWANA PDH (formerly CEU) and/or 0.6 CEUs towards your Alberta Landfill Operator Certification

REFUND POLICY: A full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be issued prior to 30 days before a training or conference event. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of such an event for which the participant is registered. Although refunds will not be issued, substitutions can be made within 30 days of an event.
