REFUND POLICY: A
full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be issued prior
to 30 days before a training or conference event. No refunds
will be provided within 30 days of such an event for which the
participant is registered. Although refunds will not be issued,
substitutions can be made within 30 days of an event. Please
